Day of an ADD-/ADHDer
Is there anybody out there? I would love to hear from ADD-/ADHDers, to find out how they handle the little crap, er, things that hit in a day. I know we abstract thinkers are so different from linear ones, but can we really be that difficult? PS. I am in the process of moving my Yahoo Groups version of this blog over to here, so some date ranges might be missing.

My legs are shaking so bad, I'm surprised that I haven't bounced out of the chair. I am so agitated at things today that I can't sit still. I'm surprised that I'm actually able to hold my tongue 😜.

What I'm Thinking About
This list is from last Thursday:
What I should be thinking about: #7 from above
- Sorting through apps, trying to decide which works the best, updating GTasks and GKeep
- Sorting through apps, trying to decide which works the best at note-taking
- Wanting to stop and plug in all of my drives so that I can watch or listen to something
- Taking all of these supplements that my boyfriend has me taking
- Checking out Craigslist for some group that I can join
- Thinking that I haven't had enough alcohol
- Trying to finish this project that I've already been asked about and have spent very little time doing.
- How many typing errors I've made. I reread two emails that I sent yesterday and they are jacked up. It pisses me because I write better than that.
- Concern that the guy that I'm interested in has lost interest. Or worse yet, never had interest to begin with.
- Answering emails from the guy that colaborating with on his focusme project.

What do they think?
I always wonder what people think when I am being corrected by a boss. They are more than likely not listening or paying attention, however I always think that they are. Too many years of having people hear things and making fun of it. Kids saying hurtful things seems to be impossible to ignore. And heaven help those of us that are also sensitive to things. It seems to that we are always looking at every situation as something that will hurt.

M&M's
Eating M&M's is somewhat interesting when you have OCD. Every color must be paired up and I absolutely dislike when I end with either a loner or a mismatched pair.
